Requests for Repair Letters
Due to the high demand for repair procedures and letters to inspectors it is necessary for Wisdom Rides of America to begin charging for this service. Letters will now cost $150. This charge must be prepaid with a credit card.
Additionally before speaking to a service representative, photos and a description of the problem should be sent to email@example.com. After sending the pictures you should call to talk to a service representative. You may either provide your credit card information at that time or when the letter is prepared and ready to send. Make sure photos clearly show where on the ride the problem is located and have some reference to show size (ruler, hand, coin, etc.).
All submissions must include ride owner name, ride name, and ride serial number.

Our parts department stocks many common parts for Wisdom manufacturered rides such as pins, wedges, lap bars, as well as special order parts such as fiberglass panels and sceenery. Parts may be purchased by phone at 800-634-6097 or common parts and LED lights can be purchased at www.rideparts.com.
